Here are some of the pics now of what the house looks like. we took these when we went and looked at the hose there will be lots more but just a start so you can see it now.

this is the front of the house of course.

 this is the front room when you walk in

i love the stairs! but overall this room does not need a lot of work just some home fluff

 this is the kitchen it prob by far needs the most work

 But for the time being is usable

 very good sized

 this is the back family room.

its big and has a door that opens to the deck love it. After some changes will be amazing

 the bedroom down stairs its going to be the guest bedroom or kraft room

The much needed redone laundry room lots of work but fun!

 This will be my oldest bedroom!

My wife and oldest have lots of ideas that is going to make this room amazing!

 This will be the first room we will be doing! stay tuned will look Great!!

 this is kairi my middle girls room looks ok but will need some fineness

 Nicoles my youngest, room. its the smallest compared to the rest but still ok.

 This will be Sjanne and I room its nice and big and will be a nice change!

The remaining pic are of the outside. It needs some love but will be a oasis once its done

this is a nice shady nook. and will be the kids corner. will be lots of fun.
