Finally!!

This area will be the kids corner!! (Right now they call it the haunted house!)

Well we had an inspector come in and check out the house (as i would always recommend) and well lets say he beat the house up lol. So we asked the sellers to fix a few things up and drop the price a bit.  I was a bit worried that they would see our requests and decline, but yesterday we got the good news that they accepted our repair and price decrease! now the real work will begin.   With the summer here the first item that we will be working on will be the yard, as i have three girls that LOVE the outside. that way they can have a area that will be there's.

Here are some of the pics now of what the house looks like. we took these when we went and looked at the hose there will be lots more but just a start so you can see it now.

i love the stairs! but overall this room does not need a lot of work just some home fluff

 this is the kitchen it prob by far needs the most work

 But for the time being is usable

its big and has a door that opens to the deck love it. After some changes will be amazing

 the bedroom down stairs its going to be the guest bedroom or kraft room

 Nicoles my youngest, room. its the smallest compared to the rest but still ok.

 This will be Sjanne and I room its nice and big and will be a nice change!

 So with this blog my wife and decided to do his and hers blogs. so there will be mine and hers. so as we take this house to a home for our family you can see how both genders see the transformation. In My blog she mentioned what her wants was. and so you are not confused these where my wants

1. has to have a pretty good sized yard as i love outside and want to make it feel like a continued part of our home!
2. has to have a small area shed garage for my tools and toys
3. trees. big trees. i don't want to have to plant small trees so the next people after i pass can enjoy them
4. character needs to be different then every other house on the block aka "new subdivisions"
5. of course good sized bathrooms   as I have 4 females in my household.

so this that we have been looking and found the house that we had just put our offer on. its not perfect but has all the qualities that with a little work and determination  it will be the house that we will love!    We Figured doing a his and her blog. with would be a little different as you could see the different sides and see which things each one of us has more passion for! lol.  but be forewarned I'm not a a great typer  speller or grammar expert so there will be much mistakes. but will do my best. There i will be lots of pics and if i can figure out how lots of videos so sit back and enjoy as you read and watch us make out "house to a home"

We will be purchasing on Jun 30 2012!! we are along  the way are going to be updating the home this blog is to show the before and after pics as we do it as a family! In my opinion this will  make our house feel more like a home for us all. it will be fun. hard and frustrating at times. but here is the before pics.
